COVID-19 Response

To our amazing customers....

We hope that you and your loved ones are well during this time.  

During the nationwide COVID-19 Level 4 lock-down, only businesses deemed essential by the New Zealand government can continue to operate and deliver orders. This means that all stores that sell through Curate will likely be unable able to fulfil your orders until after the lock-down has lifted – however this can vary store by store.

The current rule of thumb is that any orders placed after 25th March 2020 will be delivered after the level 4 lock-down has lifted.

Will existing orders be delivered? 

If you have an existing order, please contact the store that this was purchased from through Curate to find out the specifics of when your order will be delivered. You can find their details in the confirmation email. Most likely this will be after the level 4 lock-down has been lifted.
