Can I cancel my order?

Curate is a platform to connect buyers with stores from across New Zealand so that you as a member can buy items through our marketplace, but Curate does not stock or ship the products ourselves.  Because of this, once an order has been placed on Curate, we are unable to cancel it.

In some cases, the store that your ordered from may allow you to cancel an order. Please contact the store directly to request to cancel your order. You should have received an order confirmation email directly from the store. To view the store’s return policy, visit the store’s page on Curate and click “Returns Policy”.
