How does buying work on Curate?

Purchase direct with trusted sellers

We've worked hard to make Curate a safe and trusted website to purchase from. When buying on Curate, you're purchasing direct with well known stores and brands that we've partnered with. Every seller on Curate has been manually verified to ensure that they provide great customer service and ship products in a timely manner according to the delivery times stated on their websites and during checkout.

Checkout Securely

When you click the blue "Check out" button from your Curate Shopping Bag, you're taken directly to a secure checkout powered by Shopify. All transactions are encrypted and payment information is stored securely by the merchants' payment processor, if you chose to save it for next time.  The information necessary to fulfil your order, including your name, email, shipping address and mobile phone number (optional) is shared with the store so that they can fulfil your order. 

Currently when purchasing on Curate, you purchase products from one seller at a time. When you've completed your purchase from one store, return to your Curate shopping bag to complete the purchase from the other store(s). This ensures that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner by the seller.

Fulfilled by sellers

When your order(s) are complete you will receive an order confirmation email and all order fulfilment status updates directly from the seller.  If you do not receive your order in a timely manner and cannot get hold of the seller, email us at help@curate.co.nz and we will be happy to follow it up for you.
