
In your Shopify admin, if you're seeing a red banner that says "Curate has been deactivated", it is because Shopify has detected that one or more of the following eligibility requirements have not been met. Please check the following:
- Curate requires your store to have an address in New Zealand. Click here to change your store address.
- Curate requires your store to sell in $NZD. Click here to change your Currency.
- During checkout, customers must be able to view links to your Refund Policy and Privacy Policy in the footer of the Checkout page. Click here for instructions to add your policies.
- You must have at least one direct payment gateway enabled. Click here to learn more.
